Hyatt Place Phoenix Gilbert

Most of the days the food was unacceptable. Bacon was burnt, waffles hard as a brick, coffee cold, eggs cold. Very displeased. I chose this place because I had stayed in a previous Hyatt in Iowa and their breakfast was superb. Great great selection and good. The staff was excellent. So nice , very helpful, and cared about the guests.

Staff was wonderful, a couple of issues they handled with professionalism and ease. Beds were comfortable, the breakfast was fine and there was plenty of areas for seating with friends in the lobby. Certainly a fair value, thank you.

Newer hotel with nice sized room and amenities on site. If you need a place to eat or shop, there are many new strip malls near by.

Hospitality and friendly staff, very accommodating as they were responsible for. Handicap accommodations not good at all.
